Handmade Gifts Guide and Creative Business Owners

I love supporting creative entrepreneurs especially when their items are handmade gifts or creatively their own. Enjoy this gift guide just in time for you to start your holiday shopping!

Remember, every time a maker or creative hears the *ding* of a new order on their phone or computer they get a jolt of energy. Whether it is a little happy dance (if at home) or a giant smile (if in public), it’s SO important to support these people who are sharing their creativity and ideas with the world.

Camp Spoon Pictured

Amanda is a woodworker making hand carved wooden spoons and scoops, all sustainably sourced from a local sawmill (she’s in the Pacific Northwest)! These are all one of a kind and heirloom quality. She just released her Holiday Collection and I am seriously eyeing this Camp Spoon (pictured above). She also has ornaments, scoops and spatulas along with her various designs of spoons. She is a definition of an artist and has worked in many different mediums creating one of a kind artwork. What wonderful handmade gifts to pass down for generations!

Find her website and learn more about her artwork here!

Sherbet Shorty Earrings are pictured.

I’ve bought from Emylee twice now and love the quality and designs of her earrings. I have a set of 3 studs and a pair of her leopard Gigi drop earrings that I wear ALL the time. These are perfect handmade gifts. She restocks every two weeks and once you purchase your first pair she sends you a 10% discount code to use in the future. Emylee loves rewarding her loyal customers! Highly recommend to check out her restocks and buy as gifts for friends, sister, fun aunt, etc. All of her earrings are made with surgical steel posts.

Check out Emylee Says website here!

Also look into Clay by Steph for other clay accessories (I love her designs but can never catch her re-stocks before they sell out!)

3. Mane Message

I love Olivia’s Youtube Channel and that’s actually how I found out about her business. She makes and sells hair accessories, headbands, clips, etc. She’s the ORIGINAL elastic hair tie seller on Etsy! She started Mane Message in college out of her dorm room and has been going strong for over 10 years now! I have a few of her wired headbands which are super unique and cute. Her whole holiday line of clips and scrunchies and wire headbands are so so useful and would make wonderful gifts!

4. NESW Wax Co

NESW Wax Co (North East South West) is a 100% soy candle company all inspired by my home state of California! These handmade gifts are scented like Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, Huntington Beach and even Brea! A friend was gifted a candle and I saw it on their coffee table and have been an avid follower ever since. I love how natural their candles are and how they’re so representative of California! Super creative and clever, I may or may not be gifting many candles for xmas this year.

5. Astrobarn Design

Wooden Rollers can be found here.

Astrobarn Design has a ton of essential oil accessories like necklaces, rollers, bottles, and labels. What SOLD me was their Harry Potter collection! I bought their House Roller collection that came with recipe cards for each of the 4 Harry Potter houses. They also have a stack of muggle magic cards, a potions journal and so much more. Most of their items from that launch has sold out but the creativity to combine two of my favorite things (essential oils and Harry Potter) will forever keep me a fan! Check out all of their listings for the oily lover in your life. I love their bottles and rollers. Astrobarn Design’s website is here!

6. Lindsay Letters

Ya’ll, I’ve talked about her artwork many times before but you need to browse Lindsay’s collection. The new holiday 2019 collection is gorgeous. I want this Minty Ballerina so so so bad. I can’t stop going to their website and looking at it. I shared about Lindsay Letters in the Faith Based Gift Guide and still look at my benediction canvas in my office every day! Lindsay Letters Website is here!

See all of Blissful Paper’s Gift Guides here. Remember, by shopping small and supporting artisans, makers and creatives, they do a happy dance every single time an order comes through. Nothing brings me more joy than receiving the *ding* of a new order come through and all of these people do as well.
